Search for a project

You can search for projects multiple ways.

Search for a project on the map

  • Use the layers tab to filter for projects of certain types, for example all transport projects.

  • In the layers menu, there is a toggle to ‘show project info on hover’. This is switched on by default, and it means if you hover your mouse over any project shape on the map, an information box will pop up identifying the project.

  • You are also able to use this in conjunction with the date range filter, and the location search function.
Below you can see the date filter, which gives you the option to view projects on the map by entering specific dates, or by using preset timeframes (by clicking on a week, month, or year), or by manually clicking timeframes within the calendar.

The location filter allows you to search an address or place name (but not for example a district or ward).

Find your project in ‘My Organisation’s Projects’
  • This tab shows up to 50 projects ordered by projects starting in the future closest to today’s date.
  • You also have the ability to apply filters to this list, and search by your organisation’s internal projects, specific contacts, and by projects that don’t have any boundary.

For more information see How to access my projects

Use the search function in the sidebar menu
  • You can search for projects using a variety of filters including organisation, contact name, project reference, time frame and type.
  • You can also include completed projects in your search.
  • The more filters you apply, the better your search results will be.
  • Search results will be shown on the map, and all other projects which were showing on the map before the search will disappear.
  • You can click ‘zoom to results’ which will zoom the map to the extent of the search results.
